What to put in your first email
You do not need a formal brief. A few lines on these points let me reply with a straight answer instead of a list of questions:
- What you do and who the site is for
- Roughly how many pages, and which languages
- Whether you have an existing site (send the link) or are starting fresh
- Any deadline, such as an opening, a launch or an event
- Which tier looks right on the price list, or your budget if you are not sure
- A theme or two from the catalogue that you like, if any caught your eye
What happens next
I reply with the tier I think fits, the price, and a delivery window. If you go ahead, you pay 50% to start (One-Pagers in full, because they ship in 5 days), send me your text and photos, and the clock starts. You get a review link, your included round of revisions, and then the site goes live on your own domain and hosting.
Mac app support
Questions about Clipmunk, DiscoSync, MacFloss, Kagenda or Wazzup go to the same address. Include the app name and version from the About window, and your macOS version, and I will get back to you.

Do you work with businesses outside Malta?
Yes. Most of the work happens by email and screen-share, and I build for clients across Europe and the UK as well as Malta.
